She is a seasoned human resource professional with over seventeen years of experience spanning human resource management, administration, and organizational development. Her professional background includes six years of experience working on USAID and other donor-funded projects, where she ensured strict adherence to donor policies, compliance requirements, and reporting standards. Her work is underpinned by a strong combination of managerial, administrative, and HR expertise, contributing to effective organizational performance and sustainable growth.
Prior to her current role, Eunice managed HR and administrative functions across diverse organizations, supporting leadership teams, strengthening internal systems, and ensuring consistent policy implementation. She has also played key roles in donor-funded projects, leading compliance efforts, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiency. Her experience reflects a strong commitment to building robust human capital systems that support institutional performance.
Eunice holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) certification, a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Central University College.
