Non-Executive Director

Hon. Faustina Effah-Boadi is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, counsellor, and public sector leader with experience spanning politics, community development, and enterprise leadership. She brings a strong people-centred perspective shaped by sustained engagement in advocacy, mentorship, and social development initiatives.

She currently serves as the Deputy Eastern Regional Women’s Organiser of the National Democratic Congress, a role she has held for two consecutive terms, and has contributed to various party committees and assignments over the years. She is a Board Member of the Ghana Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending Ltd and a member of the International Relations and Diplomacy Network Ghana.

Ms. Effah-Boadi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shine-Base Ventures and the Tina Shine Foundation, through which she supports entrepreneurship development, mentorship, and skills training for young people. Her background in theology and counselling, combined with her entrepreneurial and public service experience, informs a leadership approach grounded in ethics, social responsibility, and inclusive development.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Studies from Methodist University College Ghana and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She completed her national service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, gaining exposure to public administration and international engagement.
