Non-Executive Director
William Wilson Agbleke is a business executive and strategic leader with over two decades of experience in business operations, financial management, and organisational leadership. He brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach shaped by sustained involvement in corporate strategy, risk management, and enterprise growth across multiple sectors.
He is currently the Managing Director of West Mandate Ltd, where he oversees business operations and leads the execution of the company’s strategic objectives. His professional experience also includes senior leadership roles at Casablanca Microfinance Limited and the Local Enterprise and Skills Development Programme (LESDEP). At Casablanca Microfinance, he strengthened institutional performance through the introduction of effective risk mitigation measures, robust financial controls, and improved reporting and budgeting systems.
Mr. Agbleke holds an MBA in General Management from Central University College, an MSc in International Business from University of Ghana Business School, and a BSc in Marketing from University of Professional Studies Accra. He also holds a professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is currently a doctoral candidate at NIBS University.
He is a former President of the Rotary Club of Accra Trinity and a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to ethical practice, service, and sustainable organisational development.
